This is kind of a last minute post idea. While I have my Thanksgiving menu ready to go, I was on Pinterest last night and found a few really lovely possibilities. I am really trying to decide if my menu is inclusive enough or if I have room for another fun side dish or two. After all, I am a lover of leftovers, especially Thanksgiving leftovers (cold stuffing; be still my beating heart). So who knows. Maybe I will take these last minute Thanksgiving recipes and add to my leftovers menu a little bit more?
Please note, these are last minute menu additions, but are not all last minute in preparation and cooking/baking time.
Last Minute Thanksgiving Recipes
The first two recipes I am sharing are the ones that inspired this post, especially the first, a French Onion Soup Casserole. Say what? How good does that sound?

Please let me know if you try that French Onion Soup Casserole recipe. I am thinking I am going to make it tomorrow evening. I can’t wait. I ended up having way too much on Thanksgiving and decided to hold off for a few days to make it.
I did, however, make the Egg Nog Coffee Cake for Thanksgiving breakfast. HUGE hit! Everyone loved it. My husband ate several pieces himself, and then when our family arrived they ate the rest of it while waiting for dinner to be put on the table.
